Profile: Hilton Head Prep Parent
Bruderer is chief executive officer of Overterra AG/Overterra USA Corporation, a real estate investment and consulting firm and chairman of Lowcountry Motors in Bluffton. He previously worked with a multinational corporation, conducting business in the United States, Europe and Africa. He is a founder of CoastalStates Bank and serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee since 2004.
He received his BA from the University of St. Gall in Switzerland and a JD degree from the University of Zurich with some post graduate studies at Georgetown law school. A resident of Hilton Head Island since 1990, he has served as treasurer and vice chairman of the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina’s Board of Trustees and as chairman of the Board of Trustees for Hilton Head Preparatory School and is presently on the Board of Directors of Second Helpings and serves as Vice Chairman of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry.
